Sales

​

All prices are in GBP (£), include VAT but exclude delivery charges. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all product description and prices are accurate.

​

Due to the fluctuations in metal prices we reserve the right to change any items price on the website at any time. 

​

On placing an order, we will acknowledge order via email.  The order will be accepted once payment has cleared. Confirmation will be sent via a dispatch email.

​

When ordering rings please contact Jessica Jue to specify ring size. While most of our rings can be made to order in any size some of our rings are unique or limited editions and are only available in size stated in details.  However if you see a ring you would like but it is not available in your size please contact us as we may be able to help.

Delivery

​

Whilst we do have stock of a small number of items most of our pieces are made to order and can take 4-12 weeks from point of order to delivery – see item details for estimated time frames.

​

UK shipping is via insured next day delivery and will require a signature on delivery.

​

We are happy to ship internationally but please do contact us so we can find the best shipping solution for you.

​

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

​

We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks.

​

Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

​

In the case of a delay in delivery please contact us and we will provide you with your tracking number to enable you to chase with the shipping company.

​

On delivery the items will be in your responsibility. Therefore please check the package in the presence of the carrier in order to verify the condition of the items. In the event of damage, please make a visual documentation as well as a note on the delivery slip and contact the shipping company and Jessica Jue.

Returns

​

Each product is handmade and therefore is subject to variations in colour, textures and sizes within reason.

​

Silverware

Our Made to Order silverware is non-refundable. If you have any enquiries regarding this policy then please get in touch with jessica@jessicajue.com

Jewellery

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return the piece here is our policy:  All returns must be notified in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel and returned to us within 7 days, by special delivery to the value of the contents in the original packaging, we do not pay for the cost of returning goods and this cannot be refunded to the customer. Returns will not be accepted after this time and goods must be in their original condition. A replacement item can be selected for the value of the returned piece or you can opt for a refund. Please note postal costs and special orders including customization or special commissions are exempt from this policy and all sales are non-refundable.

 

When ordering rings and bangles it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct size. Some items are not suitable for resizing. If you are unsure we recommend contacting Jessica Jue to arrange a fitting or for further advice.

Repairs

​

At Jessica Jue quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. If you should experience the need for repair on any piece of Jessica Jue Silverware and Jewellery please contact jessica@jessicajue.com. Please include your name, contact details and the repair issue.
